When negative emotions are taking over. Take a moment for yourself to inner reflect on your feelings, thoughts and emotions. After this pause, form the intention on how you’d actually like to feel. Feel this emotion and verbally affirm I AM ___ insert what you need (happy, loved, peaceful, grateful abundant, powerful) allow these feelings to travel through your entire body. How do we feel?
This daily practice of self awareness is very important to set the tone for our entire day.
